To our Contributors, 

We’ve been receiving an influx of messages regarding payment failure since September 20th. 

We understand your concerns and have worked around the clock to find the root cause of the issue in order to provide our Contributors with an acceptable solution. While the majority of our Contributors using the Premise app adhere to our community guidelines, certain individuals have been trying to take advantage of our payment process with falsified contributions. These dishonest activities, unfortunately, caused a momentary interruption in how we compensate our Contributor base.

We fully acknowledge that there have been issues cashing out over the past week and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. During this time we needed to make several platform upgrades to better serve our users. Rest assured, our team is working on having this resolved as soon as possible. You should be receiving your payments within 7-10 business days, and we greatly appreciate your patience. Once again, we deeply apologize for the unacceptable delay. 

I want to sincerely thank the millions of Contributors who dedicate their valuable time and resources to use the Premise app. We are grateful and committed to continue making improvements for you.
