Chief Customer Officer
Kim Bruce is the Chief Customer Officer at Premise, with Commercial Sales and Customer Success under her leadership. Kim brings to Premise over 25 years of experience in sales, customer, and executive management, leading growth, scalable sales, and support teams. Prior to Premise, Kim ran a Global Enterprise Account Executive team managing and selling social media technology to Fortune 500 organizations to help eliminate brand, security, and compliance risks.
Kim is a two-time Kona Ironman Finisher who brings discipline and focus to her leadership. She serves as an Honor Board Advisor to the Gamma Chapter at the University of California Berkeley. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Davis in Organizational Studies with a minor in Rhetoric & Communication.
Kim is also the Co-sponsor of Premise’s Women’s ERG, where she empowers her peers through mentorship, access to resources, and a robust dialogue.
